Our official domains
BELWEST owns and uses only the following domains:
Emails claiming to represent BELWEST but sent from another domain should be treated as suspicious.
What the fraudulent emails may request
The messages may use the name, address, branding, or identity of a BELWEST representative and ask recipients for:
Introductions to travel agencies or service providers
Business or personal contact information
Assistance establishing a supplier relationship
Other apparently routine business referrals
These requests are not authorized by BELWEST.
What you should do
If you receive a suspicious message:
Do not reply.
Do not click any links or open unexpected attachments.
Do not call any telephone number provided in the message.
Do not share personal, business, supplier, or payment information.
Send the original email to alain@belwest.org, preferably as an attached .eml or .msg file so that the technical headers are preserved.
If you have already replied, shared a contact, or introduced the sender to a supplier, please contact BELWEST immediately.
How to verify a BELWEST request
Confirm any unexpected request by contacting BELWEST through a telephone number or email address published directly on belwest.org.
Do not use contact information contained in the suspicious message itself.
Important clarification
This incident involves the unauthorized use of BELWEST’s identity through a separate, lookalike domain.
